We know Kanye West is working hard on his sixth studio album, which we’ve clarified will not be titled titled I Am God. But minimal details have been revealed about who he’ll be working with on this album until now.

In an interview with Rolling Stone during Coachella, the electronic group, Daft Punk, revealed that they spent some time with Mr. West at their Paris studio for his new album. “So I guess I no longer have to keep the secret of the robots producing Ye? Those songs are insane,” A-Trak tweeted after the news was out.

During their studio session, the Chicago MC laid down some rough vocals on the ‘live and programmed drums’ the group put together for the father-to-be. “It was very raw: he was rapping – kind of screaming primally, actually,” Thomas said. In addition to producing for the perfectionist MC, Ye also played them two cuts from what director Michel Gondry described as “solid and powerful – I envisioned a cube when I heard it.”
