Randy Rogers Band is on course for its second top 10 album on the Billboard 200, as the country group’s new Trouble could sell around 20,000 to 25,000 — so say industry sources.

The country group’s last set, 2010’s Burning the Day, opened at No. 8 with 29,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The new Billboard 200 chart’s top 10 will be revealed on the morning of Wednesday, May 8.

At No. 1 next week, look for Kenny Chesney to nab his seventh chart-topper with Life On a Rock. It may move around 140,000 copies. It follows Welcome to the Fishbowl, released in June 2012, which debuted and peaked at No. 2 with 193,000.

Other albums that could debut in the top 40 next week include Jessica Sanchez’s Me, You & the Music, Airborne Toxic Event’s Such Hot Blood and possibly LL Cool J’s Authentic. Watch for Fleetwood Mac’s new four-song Extended Play EP — the band’s first new material since 2003 — also to arrive.

On SoundScan’s Building chart (below), Chesney’s set is at No. 1, while Michael Buble’s To Be Loved (new on the current Billboard 200 at No. 1) is at No. 2. The Building tally is a precursor to the final Billboard 200 ranking — reflecting the first four days (Monday through Thursday) of SoundScan’s tracking week as reported by six major merchants.

As for the rest of the Building chart’s top 10: Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience is at No. 3, followed by Fantasia’s Side Effects of You (No. 4) and Rogers Band’s album. Titles by Blake Shelton, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Fall Out Boy, P!nk and Bruno Mars round out the top 10. [Billboard.biz]
