The Game and Jessie J

The Game and Jessie J both enter the top 10 this week with their new albums.

Blood Moon: Year of the Wolf, the Compton rapper’s first project since leaving Interscope Records, debuts at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 with 33,000. It marks Game’s sixth top 10 album overall. His previous effort, 2012′s Jesus Piece, debuted at No. 6.

Game is already working on his next album, The Documentary 2, which is slated to arrive in January on the 10th anniversary of his debut.

Indie rapper Hoodie Allen comes in at No. 8 with his full-length debut People Keep Talking (30,000). Allen’s previous EPs, All American and Americoustic, have sold a combined 143,000.

Jessie J rounds out the top 10 with Sweet Talker, which sold 25,000 and becomes her highest-charting album in the U.S. Her 2011 debut, Who You Are, peaked at No. 11 in 2011.

“I’m so thankful, you have no idea,” a grateful Jessie told her fans. “I love working this hard and you guys are making this happen. Thank you so much!”
