Kanye West has changed the name of his new single from ‘Theraflu’ to ‘Way Too Cold’.

The song, a collaboration with DJ Khaled, sparked controversy when it was unveiled earlier this month, when Theraflu made their feelings clear about West using their company name for the title.

A spokesperson from the American cough and cold medicine company said that they ‘in no way endorse’ Kanye West’s new single. It is currently unclear at this time (April 15) whether West was forced by the company to change the name, or he re-titled the track to avoid further upset with the medicine brand.
West and DJ Khaled previously hit the studio together when West provided a turn on Khaled’s 2008 single ‘Go Hard’, and are also set to work together on Khaled’s forthcoming new album ‘Kiss The Ring’, which is expected to be released this year.
