In this video Luke Hopper interviews Point Blank tutor Doug Shearer who has worked with the likes of Kasabian, Jamelia, Guillemots, and Gorillaz amongst many others.

Doug talks about how he originally became a mastering engineer, the sort of projects he has been involved with, why mastering is so important and how it is different from mixing, as well as discussing the Point Blank Audio Mastering courses which he developed for both our school in London and online. He also goes through one of the example projects used in the courses.
