Another day, another legal scuffle!

While he is STILL fighting about the NYC club he ransacked with Chris Brown, Drake has finally $$$ettled the lawsuit with female vocalist Ericka Lee involving his chart-topping song Marvin’s Room.

The war began wayyyy back in July 2011 when Ericka accused Drake of never giving her credit for helping him write the smash hit single AND that she wasn’t paid a dime for lending her voice to the track. She also claimed that they were romantically involved from 2010-2011 and Drake threatened her when she first filed with the court.

The Grammy winner fired back, denying all accusations as “without merit,” but that doesn’t mean he didn’t do what he needed to do to silence the wanna-be.

Even though we aren’t sure whether or not he paid her off to shut her mouth, we DO know that the case was dismissed on February 2.
