Capitol’s 2013 Grammy Nominees album topped the list of UMG post-Grammy Saturday-to-Sunday sales spikes, up 648%, followed by Rihanna (+154%), Maroon 5 (+181%), Frank Ocean (+370) and Bob Marley’s Legend (+299%).
