With John Malone‘s Liberty Media now holding a majority interest, SiriusXM’s Q4 revenue from last year rose 14% to $892 million, with net income doubling to $156 million and adjusted EBITDA up 38% to $230 million. Net subscriber additions increased 41% to about 529,000, with self-pay monthly churn at 1.8%, a slight improvement from 2011’s 1.9%.  CEO Jim Meyer said, “We are confident in our guidance for growth in 2013 and continue to be sharply focused on enhancing shareholder value.
