Robin Thicke‘s Reno, Nevada strip club anthem “Blurred Lines” has now been the number one song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 12 consecutive weeks. Meaning, “Blurred Lines” is now as all-time ridiculously popular as Carlos Santana and Rob Thomas’s “Smooth,” Eminem’s “Lose Yourself,” Usher’s “Yeah!” and “Boom Boom Pow,” by they who must not be named. Not only that, but 12 weeks is the fourth longest streak in the history of the Hot 100.
It gets worst, or better if you’re Emily Ratajkowski. Here are the only songs to chart longer.
