Jordan Howard was appointed creative manager at CCS Rights Management in Toronto.

Phil Steward was appointed senior vice president of relationship and loyalty marketing at Live Nation Entertainment.

David Bell was appointed senior vice president, integrated marketing & digital strategy at Def Jam Recordings. Bell will bebased in New York.

Shawn Barron was named vice president, Urban A&R for Atlantic Records, based in the company’s Burbank office. Barron served as Urban A&R manager for five years prior.

Rebecca Allen was appointed managing director of Decca Records. She previously served as Decca’s director of media and most recently, as general manager.

Kevin Lipson was appointed senior vice president, commerce at Republic Records. In the newly created department, Lipson, along with his team, will oversee sales and digital commerce strategy for the rosters of both Republic Records and Island Records.

Warner Bros. Records promoted Emio Zizza to head of business & legal affairs, also retaining his title as senior vice president. Zizza, who joined WBR in 2007, will relocate from New York to the label’s Burbank headquarters.

Indy Vidyalankara was appointed director of communications at Sony Music UK, following an eleven-year tenure in communications across BBC TV and Radio.

Chris Atlas was promoted to executive vice president, marketing at Def Jam Recordings. Atlas will oversee the department and continue to play an integral role in the creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies on behalf of all Def Jam artists.

Columbia Records promoted Bryan Younce to senior vice president of video and content production, rising from his role as vice president of video and content production.

Mute USA announced two new hires — appointing Nicole Blonder as vice president of marketing and Caroline Shadood as director of radio.
