The video for another track from Giorgio Moroder‘s upcoming album, his first in three decades, is now online, and it finds the dance-music pioneer DJing funk-imbued electro beats around kaleidoscopic images of Kylie Minogue. The producer’s collaboration with the Aussie pop star balances a soaring, cinematic chorus with lighter, disco-tinged verses about love.

“She was easy to work with,” Moroder tells Rolling Stone. “She’s a professional and such a great lady; she’s a darling. We did some recording in London and finished it in Los Angeles and did the video in Los Angeles.” The producer added that he also “helped out a little bit” on a song for a project she’s working on with producer Fernando Garibay.

Last summer, Moroder released his first new song in 20 years, “Giorgio’s Theme,” and announced his as-yet-untitled upcoming album that fall. In addition to Minogue, the album features Britney Spears, Sia, Charli XCX, Mikky Ekko, Foxes and Matthew Koma.

“Dance music doesn’t care where you live,” the 74-year-old producer said in reference to his new track “74 Is the new 24.” “It doesn’t care who your friends are. It doesn’t care how much money you make. It doesn’t care if you’re 74 or if you are 24 because…74 is the new 24!”

In recent years, the disco legend – who received a Grammy last year for his work on Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories – has been busy with remixing in recent years, including his takes on songs by Donna Summer (“Love to Love You Baby”), Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett (“I Can’t Give You Anything but Love”) and Coldplay (“Midnight”).
