When Kanye West decides to throw a free concert, he goes all out.

And that’s just what happened when West took over downtown Yerevan to perform for the city in an impromptu show on Sunday (April 14).

The show included West performing a handful of songs including “Stronger,” “Jesus Walks” and “Power.”

But the gig wasn’t just noteworthy because it was a surprise, but also because Kanye threw caution to the wind and jumped into the nearby Swan Lake during the performance.

Before taking the plunge, he told the excited crowd who had gathered in Armernia’s capital city: “Can y’all see me over there? We’re going to do something different like we always do.” Fans followed him into the water. And that’s kind of when the concert came to an abrupt end.

Here’s that moment that Yeezy decided to go for a swim:

Of course Mrs. Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, also posted some photos from the event, as well as an elaborate anecdote about all of it, to her Instagram. The Wests landed in Armenia last week for a family vacation. [The Hollywood Reporter]
