Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae Carter is following her father down the Young Money path, with label president Mack Maine confirming the signing at Cash Money’s pre-Grammy party last week.

Speaking to Rap-Up TV, Mack Maine hyped up his new 14-year-old signee, who previously had performed with OMG Girlz. “Just expect greatness,” he said. “She’s Toya’s [Wright] daughter, and Wayne’s daughter, so that’s a great combination. She’s a star, just put it like that. A super, megastar.”

Carter joins a few other young guns that have also signed on at Young Money, including Torion Sellers, We the Future, and PJ Morton. Cash Money co-chief Ronald “Slim” Williams also showed up to the same party with new label addition Aziatix, an Asian-American group who reportedly signed to Cash Money as part of the label’s global push. “We’re reaching out more internationally now — it’s a global thing,” Cash Money A&R Joshua Berkman told Billboard at the event.
