Summer Madness 3 lived up to it’s name last night at Stage 48. During Math Hoffa’s battle with Serius Jones, Hoffa sucker punched Jones in the midst of his rhyme. After the melee,  Jones told his side of the story. Hoffa later apologized for his behavior via Twitter:

I sincerely apologize to all the fans. I know I fucked up. I worked very hard to get passed the past. This hurts me more than u can imagine. Please don’t be so hasty to judge me because my life is in the public eye. I’m human just like you are human. I did not plan this, infact I am ashamed of my actions tonight. As a father this will be difficult to explain to my children. I am very distraught by this whole thing. Again, I apologize to everyone affected by this. It was not my intention.

Damn shame. This isn’t is Hoffa’s first time being sore sport. A few years ago, he made a name for himself after duffing Philly rapper,  J Dose.
