The Killers debuted a cover of Iggy Azalea‘s ‘Fancy’ for UK fans during their headline set at V Festival in Staffordshire over the weekend.

The Las Vegas band headlined the two-day event alongside Justin Timberlake and performed at the northern leg of the festival on Saturday night (August 16).

It was there that they first played a stripped back version of Azalea’s hit single, with drummer Ronnie Vanucci doing what Brandon Flowers described as an “interpretive dance” in time with the music.

“We’ve sort of being working on a little something we wanted to show you, if you don’t mind hearing it,” Flowers said prior to the cover. He later changed the song’s “from LA to Tokyo” line to “from Vegas to Staffordshire,” reflecting the location of the festival.

Prior to headlining V Festival, The Killers played an intimate show for fans in Liverpool. The Las Vegas group played a 19-song set to a relatively intimate crowd of just over 1,200 in the city’s O2 Academy – click here for a full report.
