Native Instruments has updated Traktor DJ, the mobile version of its popular DJing software.
The free update includes improves beat grid precision so scratching and cuing tracks is easier, but the latest version of the app also includes some new features.
A brand new function, Super Slicer is a beefed up Beat Masher that allows you to Brake, Reverse or even Pitch Shift tracks on the fly. Great for improvised performances, the latest Traktor update also comes with the History Playlists function, so you can see what else you’ve played in your set.
Traktor DJ 1.5 for iPad and iPhone is now available at the App Store.
