Get in the holiday spirit with SOX’s good vibes
Earlier this year, Chance The Rapper announced a new album, in conjunction with his Social Experiment band (Donnie Trumpet, Nate Fox, Peter Cottondale), called Surf. It will be Chance’s first project of any kind since Acid Rap, The Source‘s #1 mixtape of 2013, which made Chance’s one of the game’s biggest young talents. Today, we have a brand new record from The Social Experiment–often referred to by Chance and on their merchandise as “SOX”–”Sunday Candy.” Some of Chance’s best Acid Rap records (“Pusha Man,” “Cocoa Butter Kisses,” “Good Ass Intro”) were records where he invoked his raspy, heartfelt singing talent, which is once again prevalent on “Sunday Candy.”
Listen to it below, and get ready for Surf, which is expected to be out next month.
