No Doubt is headed for BottleRock Napa.

Following a successful comeback effort last year, the BottleRock Napa Valley festival is set to return for a third round with headliners Imagine Dragons, No Doubt and Robert Plant, promoters announced on Tuesday. The three-day concert, which is held at the Napa Valley Expo, runs May 29 to 31.

Other noteworthy names on the bill, which also highlights regional wineries and restaurants, include Passion Pit, Foster the People, Snoop Dogg, the Avett Brothers and Capital Cities. The full lineup features more than 70 acts, ranging from indie rock favorites and veteran rap outfits to world music stars and up-and-coming local acts.

Among them are Michael Franti & Spearhead, Young the Giant, Gipsy Kings, Public Enemy, Trampled by Turtles, Brett Dennan, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Los Amigos Invisibles, Courtney Barnett, Emily Wolfe and Napa Crossroads Live, a group made up of rock veterans from Ambrosia, Kansas, Chicago and Survivor.

Despite major headliners like the Black Keys and Kings of Leon, BottleRock stumbled after its 2013 launch when the original producers BR Festivals failed to pay over $2.5 million in wages and services to workers and vendors, ultimately filing for bankruptcy.

Latitude 38 Entertainment, headed by Napa Valley local Dave Graham, took over ownership of the festival last year, scaling things down and tightening the financial reins. An estimated 80,000 people attended over three days.

Tickets for BottleRock 2015 go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 8 at bottlerocknapavalley.com, with prices ranging from $235 to $2,500 for platinum passes that offer on-stage viewing access. [SF Gate]
