Hip Hop star Ludacris has won the court battle for custody of his daughter Cai
After a lengthy battle in Georgia courts Monday with former lover Tamika Fuller, Ludacris was awarded full custody of their daughter Cai. Cai was born after Ludacris, and his current wife Eudoxie were on a “break”.
The happy father Chris Bridges, a.k.a. Luda, gave an exclusive statement to PEOPLE Magazine:
After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter.
The two parents, who met in High School, were going back and forth about child support payments. Fuller had asked for an increase in payments, and made statements that Ludacris was against the pregnancy. Ludacris felt as though her comments were damaging to his reputation, and felt he would provide a more stable environment for their 13 month old daughter Cai.
Bridges proposed, and married long time love Eudoxie Mbouguiengue on December 30th of last year. He also has another daughter 13 year old Karma, from a previous relationship. Much success to all the fathers that fight for true fatherhood.
