It’s not like he needed the money but Dr. Dre has sold his Los Angeles home for not less than $32.5 million. According to reports, the mogul bought the six-bedroom home in December 2011 for $15.4 million through a trust.
The Doc is making a fair profit with this move as he listed the property for $35 million in June. The mansion spans 9,696 square feet in total and overlooks downtown Los Angeles from the Hollywood Hills. He purchased Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen’s home in Brentwood, CA for $40 million in May.
