Jay Z, Aspiro, Tidal, WiMP,

Since its inception, Roc Nation has been taking over the world step by step, and they just unveiled another power move.

It’s been recently announced that Roc Nation, alongside Three Six Group (home to Calvin Harris, Frank Ocean, and Deadmau5) would be forming Three Six Zero Entertainment, which will serve as a full-service management company to represent actors, directors, and writers in the film, television, and digital industries.

The company plans to offer branding and financial services to its clients.

The launch of this firm is Jay Z’s biggest move into the wider array of the entertainment business after the successes of Roc Nation and Roc Nation Sports. Along with bringing along Roc Nation CEO and co-founder Jay Brown, Jay Z will be bringing his leverage in the music world into Hollywood.

This announcement comes not long after it was made public that Jay Z was purchasing Aspiro, the streaming service. What do you think Jay Z is going to do next? It seems like he isn’t stopping anytime soon.

In the words of Hov in “On To the Next One,” “Y’all should be afraid of what I’m gonna do next.”

Streets is watching!
