Entravision Communications Corporation, the largest affiliate group of the Univision television network and Univision’s TeleFutura network — and operator of one of the country’s largest groups of Spanish language radio stations — has announced a new management structure to better supervise the company’s growing digital, mobile and marketing assets.

Under the new structure, Jeffrey A. Liberman, previously president of Entravision’s radio division, has been promoted to COO. Mario Carrera, the former Senior VP of Spanish language Teleivsion, has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer. And Esteban Lopez Blanco, formerly executive director of interactive, is now Chief Strategy Officer. Watler Ulloa will continue to head the company as Chairman and CEO, with Christopher T. Young continuing to serve as Executive VP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and Mark A. Boelke continuing to serve as General Counsel, VP of Legal Affairs and Secretary.

Entravision owns 48 stations in 13 markets, including networks La Tricolor (regional Mexican),  José (AC hits from 1970 to today), María (romantic ballads) and El Gato (contemporary regional Mexican hits). Entravision additionally owns Superestrella, the Los Angeles hits radio station that also plays Spanish rock. [Billboard.biz]
