A federal judge in Los Angeles has ordered Howard Mann to stop using Michael Jackson-related domain names in his business endeavors. U.S. District Judge Dean Pregerson had this to say:

“There is undisputed evidence that [Mann] intended in bad faith to profit from use of Jackson’s name, by registering multiple domain names containing his name or the initials ‘MJ’ to sell Jackson-related products,”

The Candian memoribilla merchant has registered and used names like michaeljacksonsecretvault.com and MJgives.com to make money from the deceased icon.
