Drake & Chris Brown Win Lawsuit

Drake and Chris Brown can both rest a little easier regarding their 2012 nightclub brawl. A $16 million lawsuit filed against the two stars over the fight that occurred at W.i.P. nightclub has officially been dropped by a New York judge.

Greenhouse, a nightclub across the street from W.i.P., filed a lawsuit against the two artists, claiming that the brawl resulted in a financial loss because of it’s close proximity to W.i.P. But a judge ruled that neither Drake nor Brown will have to pay Entertainment Enterprises, the owners of Greenhouse.

The fight occurred last summer and both Brown and Drake–as well as W.i.P.–have been hit with numerous lawsuits, ranging from NBA star Tony Parker, who was hit in the eye with shattered glass, a pair of women who were at the club, and Chris Brown’s bodyguard.
