Before the 2018 Soul Train Awards pull back into Las Vegas next month, BET Networks announces that rising R&B star H.E.R. is this year’s top nominee with seven nods. Grammy Award-winning chart-topper Bruno Mars, last year’s top winner, and breakthrough star Cardi B are tied at six nominations each. Close behind with five nominations is SZA, while fellow newcomers Ella Mai and Daniel Caesar garner four nominations apiece.

Filming on Nov. 17 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, BET Presents: 2018 Soul Train Awards will air on BET and BET HER on Nov. 25 (8 p.m. ET). See the complete tally of nominations below.

In addition, two special awards will be presented. Four-time Grammy winner Erykah Badu, a past host of the Soul Train Awards, will receive the Legend Award. And fellow Grammy winner Faith Evans will be given the Lady of Soul Award. Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold, who portrayed their real-life role as best friends on the ‘90s hit sitcom Martin, will share hosting duties.
